TRAVEL EXPENSES
Up to 20 miles radius from Halifax, West Yorkshire free of charge.
Beyond that calculated from HX2, or actual cost of public transport
plus any related travel expenses e.g. parking fees, road tolls, flights, transfers, taxes, etc.

ACCOMMODATION
For PhotoShoots a distance from Halifax, West Yorkshire
an overnight charge of upto £100 per night may incur to avoid possible travel delays that may occur on your day

COPYRIGHT AND THE LAW
- All images created by Andy Beattie Photography are protected by Copyright Law
- Copyright remains with Andy Beattie Photography (and his/her assigns until 70 years after death as is stated by UK Law)
- The negatives/digital RAW files remain sole property of Andy Beattie Photography and are not for sale
- Andy Beattie Photography agrees to grant these image rights to the client with a non-exclusive, limited, perpetual license*
- This license allows the client to do the following:
- Display the images
- Print the images
- Upload, email, or electronically transfer the images or files; and,
- Publish the images on personal websites or social media websites
- This licence prohibits the Client from doing the following:
- Applying for Copyright Registration, selling any image or electronic file, submitting the images to competitions, magazines, etc.
