I take numerous photographs then you select which images you want in which sizes, and buy them direct from your own GALLERY

This includes;
- 2 A4 prints of your choice
- Up to an hour of my time on the PhotoShoot
- Plus other sizes & gifts in your own GALLERY
- Plus all photos web size (Download)
- No travel expenses within a radius of 20 miles from HX2
I also offer a range of packages, where you can select which images from your own gallery you want in each of the sizes

- Please allow at least an hour for the shoot
- Outdoor sessions are subject to weather permitting
- Studio backdrops can not be used on outdoor shoots

COPYRIGHT AND THE LAW
- All images created by Andy Beattie Photography are protected by Copyright Law
- Copyright remains with Andy Beattie Photography (and his/her assigns until 70 years after death as is stated by UK Law)
- The negatives/digital RAW files remain sole property of Andy Beattie Photography and are not for sale
- Andy Beattie Photography agrees to grant these image rights to the client with a non-exclusive, limited, perpetual license*
- This license allows the client to do the following:
- Display the images
- Print the images
- Upload, email, or electronically transfer the images or files; and,
- Publish the images on personal websites or social media websites
- This licence prohibits the Client from doing the following:
- Applying for Copyright Registration, selling any image or electronic file, submitting the images to competitions, magazines, etc.
